
Suitable for experiences climbers (approx. V4+) this structured program will look at building endurance, getting comp-ready, and developing good mental skills like focus and visualization.
Alongside that, our coach will share practical tips on staying injury‑free, warming up and cooling down properly, useful stretches, and training methods they can use in their own practice.
